KUWAIT CITY, Apr 21: A high-ranking security source denied rumors which are going around about the suspension of renewal of residency permits for expatriates residing outside Kuwait and the expiry of their residency.
The Ministry of Interior is committed to implement the instructions of Deputy Prime Minister Anas Al-Saleh regarding the facilities granted regarding renewal of residency permits and absences.
The source stated that the Assistant Undersecretary of the Interior Ministry for Residence Affairs Major General Talal Marafi did not say that the ministry would not renew the residency of those outside the country. The promoters of this fake information subject themselves to legal accountability.
