KUWAIT CITY, May 4: MP Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Kandari stated that he intends to submit a proposal to stop the payments from Arab Development Funds to countries that refuse to receive their nationals who are in Kuwait.
Al-Kandari said ""Kuwait is a tender country, but its people do not accept exploitation, specially after what happened last night and to prevent its recurrence, I will submit a proposal with a law stipulating the suspension of bilateral agreements and stopping the development fund payments to countries that refuse to receive their nationals from Kuwait"
