KUWAIT CITY, Feb 2: The State Audit Bureau has warned Civil Service Commission (CSC) about its failure in collecting debts worth KD 15 million for over 11 years, reports Aljarida daily.In its annual report, the bureau stressed that lack of monitoring by CSC has led to illegal disbursement of KD 3.98 million to Kuwaiti employees of the private sector in the form of national labor subsidy, insisting that disbursement of allowances under the absence of supervision and standards may lead to huge losses in the State Treasury
