Sports Minister discusses volleyball development with federation officials

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 29: Youth and Sports Minister Dr Tareq Al-Jalahma met a delegation from the Kuwait Volleyball Association to discuss the latest developments in the sport and plan to improve its standards.

The delegation included association Chairman Dr Jaber Al-Merri, Secretary-General Talal Al-Nimsh, and beach volleyball coach Ahmad Abdulrazzaq.

The meeting reviewed the association’s programs to promote Kuwaiti volleyball and develop its competitions, with particular emphasis on beach volleyball and the resources needed to advance the discipline and achieve better results regionally and internationally.

The delegation thanked Al-Jalahma for his warm welcome and constructive discussions, praising his interest in the sport and support for the association’s development plans, in line with the government’s continued backing of Kuwaiti sports.
