‘Spiderman’ rearrested

KUWAIT CITY, March 5: The official spokesman of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Assistant Undersecretary for Cooperative Affairs Abdul Aziz Shuaib announced that security operatives have arrested the juvenile who escaped from the Juvenile Welfare Center at the Comprehensive Social Services Complex last week.
In a statement, Shuaib said coordination between the Ministry of Social Affairs and Interior Ministry resulted in arrest of the runaway juvenile, and he has since been handed over to the welfare center. He extended appreciation to the security men for their collaboration that yielded positive results.
