KUWAIT CITY, March 7: Many restaurants, stores and shops have started shutting an hour before the start of curfew timing.
At around 3:45 Rawda and Hawally central market and various branches inside Hawally market started shutting its doors for its customers, reports Al Anba. There was congestion seen on roads especially at intersections and at traffic lights to rush home.
