KUWAIT CITY, Feb 7: According to an educational source, some schools, especially in the primary stage, do not have a school principal or an assistant principal, even though all schools have announced the start of the second semester, reports Al-Rai daily He said, “The causes of the deficit lie in the conditions for filling these jobs and the lack of those who fulfill it.”
The source affirmed the completion of the process for organizing interviews for the occupants of supervisory positions, including candidates for the vacancies of department heads and senior mentors. He stated that the ministry can conduct interviews at the present time, and announce its results after the formation of the government in accordance with the regulations of the Civil Service Commission.
Meanwhile, with the resumption of the rotation of the education wheel this week, the streets adjacent to the schools witnessed limited traffic jams on the first day of school hours for male and female students. The school administrations worked to implement the study plan from the first day. The Ministry of Education is heading to start a new page through which it seeks to restore the cracked wall of education due to the phenomenon of electronic fraud during the first semester. In the field, the educational leaders were present to inspect the mechanism of returning to schools after the mid-year pause.
They asked their administrations to report any deficiencies or damages that occurred to schools during the rainy season during the holidays, especially with regard to civil maintenance matters, through coordination with the engineering affairs departments in the educational zones.
