LOS ANGELES, Feb 10, (Agencies): Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello have officially come to an agreement to finalize their divorce, as revealed in a filing obtained on Friday. The divorce proceedings are unfolding smoothly as an uncontested action, indicating that both parties have willingly participated and "entered into a written agreement regarding their property and marriage." This agreement has been or is in the process of being submitted to the court.

In the documents, Manganiello, aged 47, has requested the court to terminate spousal support for both individuals, and the allocation of attorney fees will be determined as outlined in the proposed judgment.

The announcement of their separation was made in July through a joint statement shared with Page Six. The 51-year-old Modern Family alum and the 47-year-old Magic Mike actor had tied the knot in November 2015 at the Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, Florida. Seven years into their marriage, they decided to part ways.

In their joint statement, the former couple expressed, "We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect for our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives."
