Social Affairs launches director review system

KUWAIT CITY, May 23: The Ministry of Social Affairs will implement a quarterly evaluation system for directors, requiring them to submit periodic reports on their performance and achievements to the minister. According to informed sources, directors’ continued tenure will depend on their level of performance and their contribution to developing administrative and technical operations within the ministry. The evaluation will include measuring operational efficiency, submitting analytical reports on challenges and recommendations, and proposing improvements and streamlined administrative procedures, in line with Civil Service Commission (CSC) regulations.
