Smuggling attempt of over 1,000 subsidized powder milk tins foiled by customs

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 29: The Land Customs department seized large quantities of subsidized food (Ration Food) items which are prohibited to export outside Kuwait. During the inspection process of outgoing shipments over 1,000 powder milk tins, 400 Oil cans and various other food items which are for ration purpose were seized. All expats are warned not to smuggle out ration food.
