KUWAIT CITY, Oct 30, (Agencies): The Food and Nutrition Authority has announced the trial launch of the "Raqeb" platform for imported foods. This initiative comes in response to the Council of Ministers' directives to embrace digital transformation and enhance the automation of government services. The Food Authority's primary goal is to ensure the safety and quality of food for consumers while simplifying import procedures for businesses.
The Authority has extended an invitation to both companies and individuals interested in importing food products to register on the Raqeb platform. Alternatively, they can make use of the dedicated WhatsApp service at "97533807" for inquiries and assistance. This platform represents a significant step toward streamlining the importation process and ensuring the compliance of food products with safety and quality standards.
