KUWAIT CITY, Sept 24: Securitymen from the Residency Affairs General Department in the Interior Ministry, in cooperation with the Residency Affairs Department in Farwaniya, confiscated several domestic labor (Article 20 visa) applications due to suspicion of forged signatures and arrested two expatriates – an Asian and an Arab.

In a press statement, the Public Relations and Security Media General Department disclosed the securitymen took action after verifying the information they received on the alleged forgery of signature in domestic labor applications.

This led to the arrest of an Asian and an Arab who told the investigators that they submitted the applications to a Kuwaiti who obtained entry visas for Bangladeshis. A case was registered and the two suspects were referred to the relevant security unit for legal action.
