KUWAIT CITY, Nov 13: The Technical Inspection Department of the General Traffic Department continues to conduct inspection campaigns on automotive workshops in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area, in coordination with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The inspections aim to ensure compliance with regulations and to prevent the sale of exhaust systems that produce excessive or disturbing noise.

75 traffic violations were recorded, including:
  • Emitting disturbing noises
  • Violating safety and durability requirements
  • Changing the vehicle color without permission from the Traffic Department

The Ministry of Commerce also filed several reports.
