KUWAIT CITY, Jun 13: A shop in Jleeb_Al-Shuyoukh was seized for containing 500 used car tires that were being sold and distributed to tire exchange shops as new. The seized items were counted, an arrest report was issued, and the violator was referred to prosecution.
