KUWAIT CITY, Aug 7: The Kuwaiti Union of Shisha Cafés welcomed the decision of the health authorities to allow the resumption of shisha service in cafés in accordance with the precautionary regulations to curb the spread of coronavirus, reports Al-Qabas daily. On its Twitter account, the union stressed the need to use a medical tube shisha (one-time use), ensure that workers are wearing masks and gloves, serve drinks in paper and plastic cups for one time use, wash and sterilize the shisha every after use.

The union said sterilization devices must be placed on all tables, a thermal examination device should be provided and used to check the temperature of customers and workers upon entering the cafés, social distancing must be maintained, and surfaces must be cleaned at least every two hours.
