KUWAIT CITY, Nov 22: Sheikh Khaled Al-Badr Al-Sabah, President of the Kuwait and Asian Swimming Federations, praised the significant sporting advancement and development witnessed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Sheikh Khaled Al-Badr congratulated Saudi Arabia on the exceptional success and impressive organisation of the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games, noting that the Kingdom continues to achieve remarkable sporting milestones. He attributed this progress to the directives of the country’s leadership, its unwavering support for sports and athletes, and the dedicated efforts of those leading the sports sector—efforts that have firmly positioned Saudi Arabia on the global sporting stage. He added that this achievement is a source of pride for all GCC nations.

He emphasised that the Islamic Solidarity Games are among the most prominent sporting events held across the Islamic world. Sheikh Khaled Al-Badr also praised the tremendous work of the Supreme Organising Committee, led by Prince Fahad bin Jalawi, in delivering a highly successful edition of the Games. He concluded by expressing his sincere wishes for continued progress, prosperity, and stability for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reaffirming its status as a nation of security and development under its wise leadership.
