LONDON, July 27 (KUNA): Kuwaiti racer Sheikh Jaber Athbi Al-Sabah claimed his first-ever victory in the Formula 4 (F4) Championship on Sunday, winning the third race of the sixth round at Thruxton Circuit in the United Kingdom.
Speaking to KUNA, Sheikh Jaber said the achievement represents his best result to date, especially given the high level of competition from international drivers.
He added that his participation in the championship aims to highlight the capabilities of Kuwaiti racers, strengthen their presence on major international stages, and proudly represent Kuwait at global motorsport events.
During the weekend’s action, Sheikh Jaber also secured two podium finishes in the rookie category, while earning pole position in qualifying and the top spot on the starting grid.
