KUWAIT CITY, Jan 26: The Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP) has referred the settlement of the tender for the third phase of the seacoast real estate project in Sharq, Kuwait City, to the State Audit Bureau for pre-audit, review, and reconciliation procedures before approving the contract with the winning company.
KAPP had previously announced the receipt of bids, followed by the opening of the offer envelopes. According to disclosures by the winning company, United Real Estate, and data from KAPP, the usufruct term will be 15 years, aiming to enhance the tourism and entertainment sector in line with the “New Kuwait 2035” vision.
