Several Drones Strike Kuwait International Airport; No Casualties Reported

KUWAIT CITY, March 12: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation confirmed that Kuwait International Airport was targeted by several drones early Thursday morning. The incident caused material damage only, with no injuries reported.

Directorate spokesperson Abdullah Al-Rajhi told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the situation was managed under the emergency plan implemented since the start of the crisis, in full coordination with relevant national authorities.

Al-Rajhi reaffirmed the Directorate’s commitment to ensuring the safety and security of civil aviation in Kuwait and offered prayers for the protection of the State of Kuwait, its Emir, its people, and government.
