KUWAIT CITY, June 4: The conflicting governmental decisions concerning the plan to restore normal life have created a parallel market to compensate for the workers who are stuck in the isolated area, which could result in serious negative repercussions for business owners and market efficiency.

According to informed sources, many companies of the various sectors that were allowed to return but whose workers were stuck in the isolated areas, such as delivery, maintenance, automobile companies and others, resorted to compensating for labor from the parallel market, the majority of who are marginal workers, to ensure flow of work.
