Serial rapist assaults Pakistani teen in new incident

KUWAIT CITY, March 21: A policeman who earlier abducted and raped three children is said to have allegedly raped his new victim, reports Al-Rai daily. Intensive investigations conducted by detectives from the Criminal Investigations Department revealed that the rapist played the same game with a 13-year-old Pakistani boy. A police source said the boy recognized the policeman during a legal lineup.
