DUBAI, Jun 2: A senior Gulf official has said that from the Arabian Gulf to Yemen, Lebanon, and Iraq, the region is paying the price for what he described as Iran’s “inflated regional ambitions.”
He stressed that no state in the region can play a role at the expense of shared security, stability, and prosperity.
He further noted that a regional policy review is both necessary and inevitable, based on clear principles including respect for sovereignty, good neighbourly relations, and non-interference in the internal affairs of other states.
