KUWAIT CITY, May 19: The Ministry of Interior announced that the Security Directorates Affairs Sector, in coordination with the Committee for Negative Phenomena, the General Department of Criminal Investigation, the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, and Kuwait Municipality, carried out a security campaign in the Sabah Al-Ahmad Sea City area targeting unlicensed chalets.
The campaign was launched as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security and public safety in various areas across the country. Authorities said the inspections uncovered multiple violations, including disturbing the peace, housing of single men, and other negative phenomena. Legal measures were taken against the violators in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Ministry of Interior affirmed that such security campaigns will continue in cooperation with relevant authorities to curb illegal gatherings and maintain public order, while urging the public to comply with regulations and instructions to help enhance security and stability.
