RIYADH, Dec 23: According to reports from Saudi media, two expatriates were recently executed in Saudi Arabia following their conviction in a conclusive court ruling for the murder of a man. The incident, stemming from a financial dispute, involved the perpetrators, both Bangladeshi nationals, luring the victim—a citizen of India—into a car and transporting him to an empty plot of land. There, they strangled him with a piece of cloth from behind and fatally administered insecticide into his mouth. In an attempt to cover up their crime, they buried the victim's body.

However, law enforcement authorities successfully apprehended the culprits. Subsequent investigations led to their referral to a competent court, where they were found guilty. The verdict was later affirmed by both appeals and supreme courts. A royal order was issued, solidifying the verdict as final.

The execution of the convicted individuals took place in the Jazan region in the southwestern part of Saudi Arabia. The motive behind the crime was a financial dispute, and the grim details of the murder were part of the evidence presented during the legal proceedings.
