Saudi Arabia announces 5 new premium residency categories to attract investors and talent.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Jan 10: In a strategic move to attract investors and skilled individuals to the Kingdom, Saudi Arabia has introduced five new visa categories under the umbrella of “premium residency products.” Announced by Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Alkassabi, Chairman of the Board of the Premium Residency Centre, these categories align with the vision of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to position Saudi Arabia as a global hub for talent and investments.

The new Premium Residency products include:

  1. Special Talent Visa: Targeted at executives and professionals specializing in healthcare, science, and research, aiming to attract individuals with unique skills and experiences.
  2. Gifted Visa: Geared towards integrating skilled professionals and talented individuals into Saudi Arabia’s cultural and sports sectors.
  3. Investors Visa: Designed for investors seeking opportunities in Saudi’s thriving business landscape, promoting high-impact returns across the economy.
  4. Entrepreneur Visa: Intended for aspiring entrepreneurs and owners of innovative projects, fostering start-ups in Saudi Arabia and contributing to economic transformation.
  5. Real Estate Owner Visa: Tailored for individuals who own real estate, offering an exceptional quality-of-life experience while benefiting from the Kingdom’s dynamic real estate market.

Alkassabi emphasized that these new products aim to accelerate Saudi Arabia’s transition to a knowledge-based, diversified economy by attracting professionals and investments. All Premium Residency products are open to those who can add value to the national economy and actively participate in Saudi Arabia’s development journey under Saudi Vision 2030.

Developed in collaboration with strategic partners across various government entities, these products provide a range of benefits, including the ability to conduct business, own real estate, obtain work permits for both holders and their family members, and numerous advantages offered by the Premium Residency Centre in cooperation with government partners.
