KUWAIT CITY, March 12: Saudi Arabia has adopted a new step aimed at enabling all residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to submit an application for obtaining a visit visa for the purpose of tourism electronically, which enables individuals to visit the various regions of the Kingdom and perform Umrah rituals, as the accreditation of all professions of residents in the Gulf countries has expanded, reports Al-Rai daily.

The move to allow those wishing to enter Saudi Arabia, without requiring specific professions, is part of the Kingdom’s efforts to provide an opportunity for all residents of the Gulf countries to enjoy tourist destinations and participate in tourism and entertainment events.
