Saudi Arabia launches 'Nusuk Umrah' platform for international pilgrims
Saudi Arabia launches 'Nusuk Umrah' service for global pilgrims.

RIYADH, Aug 20:  Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah on Wednesday launched the “Nusuk Umrah” service, enabling pilgrims from outside the Kingdom to apply directly for Umrah visas and book related services online without intermediaries.

The platform is designed to improve service quality and enhance the overall pilgrim experience, the Saudi Press Agency reported. Nusuk Umrah complements existing channels, including accredited agents in pilgrims’ home countries, offering an alternative digital option for international pilgrims.

Users can customize trips by selecting integrated packages or booking individual services such as visas, accommodation, transportation, enrichment tours, and support services. The platform allows pilgrims to design packages according to their preferences through a modern interface that supports seven languages and integrates with relevant government systems for a unified digital experience.

The service provides multiple payment options to accommodate different segments and enables pilgrims to complete all procedures electronically, from application submission to visa issuance.

The ministry said the launch of Nusuk Umrah is part of its efforts to meet the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by hosting more Muslims and providing high-quality, convenient services that enrich the Hajj and Umrah journey.
