Saudi Arabia Continues To Intercept Drones and Missiles Targeting Riyadh

RIYADH, Mar 28: The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced that air defense systems have intercepted and destroyed three drones in the past few hours, amid heightened regional tensions.

In a separate development earlier, the Kingdom’s air defenses successfully intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile launched toward the Riyadh Region.

Authorities have not reported any casualties or damage following the interceptions. The defense ministry reaffirmed its readiness to respond to aerial threats and safeguard the country’s security and critical infrastructure.
