Saudi Arabia Condemns Iranian Attacks on Bahrain and Kuwait, Reaffirms Full Solidarity

RIYADH, Jun 6: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has reiterated its strong condemnation of what it described as Iranian attacks and repeated violations of the sovereignty of both the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait.

In an official statement issued on Saturday, the ministry said the “brutal Iranian attacks” constitute a flagrant breach of international law and represent a direct threat to regional and international security.

It warned that the continuation of such actions amounts to further escalation, pushing the region toward increased tension and instability. The ministry also stated that these violations undermine international efforts aimed at restoring peace and stability in the region.

Saudi Arabia reaffirmed its solidarity with both Bahrain and Kuwait, stressing its full support for all measures taken by the two countries to preserve their sovereignty, security, and stability.

The Kingdom emphasized that it stands firmly with its Gulf partners in the face of any threats, calling for respect for international norms and an immediate end to actions that destabilize the region.

The statement was issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on June 6, 2026, corresponding to 20 Dhu al-Hijjah 1447 AH.
