RIYADH, Nov 3: Saudi Arabia's Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), on Wednesday, approved to include those aged 5-11 years old of receiving the Pfizer vaccines in the Kingdom, after the company applied to be accredited by the authority.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said that the SFDA's decision is based on data that the company presented and showed that the vaccine has met all regulatory requirements, where clinical studies and scientific reports showed that the vaccine is safe for this age category.

The SFDA has approved the Pfizer vaccine in the Kingdom on December 10, 2020 after the company applied to register it.(KUNA)
