Saudi Air Defenses Intercept Drones, Cruise Missiles Near Al-Kharj

RIYADH, Mar 5: The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced late Wednesday that air defense forces intercepted and destroyed three drones east of Al-Kharj Governorate.

The statement was issued through the Ministry’s official spokesperson, Major General Turki Al-Maliki.

Earlier, the Ministry confirmed that three cruise missiles had also been intercepted and destroyed in the vicinity of Al-Kharj city, affirming the Armed Forces’ readiness to confront any threats and safeguard the Kingdom’s security.
