KUWAIT CITY, May 6: The Ministry of Interior along with cooperation of Kuwait Municipality was able to arrest an African expat along with his partners for stealing sand in Wafra area. The video of stealing sand had gone viral on social media. They have been referred to the competent authority to take legal action.
