KUWAIT CITY, Oct 9 : The theft of a 2026 American-made vehicle worth approximately KD 4,500 from a residential building’s parking lot in Salmiya has been upgraded to a felony after detectives identified a suspect, Al-Anbaa reported.
According to a security source, the vehicle’s owner reported the theft after discovering that his car was missing from the building’s parking area. Investigations led detectives to identify a suspect known to security authorities.
The Public Prosecution subsequently ordered the case to be registered as a felony theft. The incident was recorded at Salmiya Police Station and referred to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures.
