‘Royal’ assaults policeman

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 6: A member of the ruling family reportedly lost his self control, humiliated and assaulted a police captain inside a police station, reports Al- Rai daily.

This happened when the Sheikh went to the police station, he requested the officer to accompany him so that he can see his children in his presence, however, the officer who was busy reportedly told the man to wait for a while until he completes his work.

The staff intervened to resolve the dispute, controlled the situation, and informed senior officials who have ordered for medical reports until legal action is taken.

According to reports, the Sheikh who has divorced his wife, through a court verdict is entitled to see his children inside a police station.
