KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: Personnel from the Vice Squad affiliated to the General Department for Criminal Investigation have arrested eight Romanians for indulging in flesh trade, reports Al-Rai daily.

The daily added, the arrest came after the director of the Vice Squad Lieutenant Colonel Haitham Al- Othman received a tip-off from a police agent that the women had booked themselves in various hotels in Hawalli and Salmiya.

He also received information that each woman was charging KD 200 for one pleasure. According to security sources the women operated via the Internet. A prospective pleasure seeker was required to fill a form online complete with his picture and the reply was assured within 48 hours.

The same sources said the accepted person was then given the name of the place and time and then he was ushered in the lobby of the hotel before proceeding to room of the woman who would then cross check for the name and picture before offering herself at his service.

Love triangle: Police are looking for an unidentified young woman for slapping a pharmacist in the face over an argument, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, the suspect went to the pharmacy to discuss a personal matter when she suspected the pharmacist of having a relationship with her fiancÈ. When the pharmacist suggested that it would be best if they talked about the issue after working hours, the suspect reportedly got angry, slapped her in the face and escaped.
