‘Road repairs in some areas on schedule’

The Ministry of Public Works affirmed continuity of repair and maintenance of highways and internal roads across the country based on the schedule prepared for the roads affected by rain, in coordination with the Public Authority for Roads and Transportation (PART).

According to an informed source, the works are being carried out on roads in streets 5 and 10 of Block 2 in Sabah Al-Nasser City, streets 1 and 2 in Andalous Block 10, streets 2, 3 and 5 in Andalous Block 8, Jabriya Block 2, Street 102 in Jaber Al-Ali, Seventh Ring Road towards Jahra Road, and King Abdulaziz Expressway opposite Qadsiya Club. These works will cover maintenance of King Fahad Expressway towards Kuwait City, Sabhan Road towards the South of Kuwait, roads in blocks 5 and 6 of Al-Qasour, and Qatar Street in Salmiya. Other maintenance works in the Coastal Area, Muhammad Bin Al-Qasim Street along the Sixth Ring Road, King Abdul-Aziz Expressway towards South opposite Hawally, and Sulaibiya towards Kabad. The ministry urged anyone with complaints concerning road networks, drainage systems and rain anywhere in the country to call the hotline No. 150 or send a WhatsApp message to the number 93333150.
