RIYADH Nov 21:  As part of a major entertainment and tourist festival, a museum dedicated to celebrating the remarkable career of Portuguese football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has been unveiled in Riyadh,. The mobile museum, featured at the Riyadh Season, showcases memories and inspiring stories of Ronaldo, a five-time Ballon d'Or winner. Currently playing for the Saudi club Al Nassr, Ronaldo's illustrious career is portrayed through his achievements, awards, and jerseys, drawing fans from far and wide.

Having joined Al Nassr in January on a noteworthy two-and-a-half-year deal, the 38-year-old icon has continued to captivate audiences with his football brilliance, defying the constraints of age. The Riyadh Season, initiated in 2019 with the vision of transforming the Saudi capital into a global entertainment and tourist hotspot, has gained significant momentum.

This year's edition, operating under the theme "Big Time," commenced on October 28, attracting over  2 million visitors within its initial two weeks, according to Turki Alalsheikh, the head of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA). Anticipating 10-12 million visitors for the current edition, Alalsheikh reported that 40 percent of the expected revenue has already been realized through sponsorship deals.

The fourth edition of the Riyadh Season debuted with spectacular shows, including a headline-grabbing showdown termed the "battle of the  baddest," where British boxer Tyson Fury triumphed over former mixed martial arts world champion Francis  Ngannou. Spread across 12 venues in Riyadh, the Season's diverse events encompass concerts by international celebrities, theatrical performances, global cultural exhibits, and a variety of international cuisines served in local restaurants.
