Restaurants Shut down for Violating Delivery Fee Regulations

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 7: Recently recorded violations lead to the closure of restaurant branches, referral to the Commercial Prosecution for judicial action, and fines for noncompliance with delivery fees set by the ministry. The fines amount to 250 fils for delivery within the same region and 500 fils for delivery to another region, with instructions specifying that imposing a minimum limit on customer requests is not permissible.
