Residency checks snag 36 violators

KUWAIT CITY, April 27: Traffic patrol officers continued their security campaigns in various governorates, resulting in the arrest of 36 individuals within 24 hours. A security source confirmed the issuance of arrest warrants for those apprehended in the recent series of campaigns for holding expired residency permits. He said all those arrested were referred to the concerned authorities. The source added that security campaigns are ongoing in order to apprehend wanted individuals and those proven to have violated the laws of the country.
