‘Report anyone working during daytime ban hrs’

KUWAIT CITY, July 18: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) urged citizens and residents to report violations related to employing workers in open areas during the midday work ban. PAM stated that reports can be submitted through the Occupational Health and Safety Management Team at the No. 24936192. It encouraged everyone to cooperate and report any establishments employing workers in open areas during prohibited hours. PAM emphasized that violations of the open-area work ban will result in penalties stipulated under Law No. 6/2010, in addition to suspending the employer’s file until the violation is corrected and the required procedures are completed.
