Renewing passport at airport … a new step to simplify administrative procedures

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 5 : As part of its commitment to staying up-to-date with technological advancements and enhancing citizen services, the Ministry of Interior, through the General Administration of Nationality and Travel Documents, has introduced a new service for the issuance of passports.

This service is specifically designed for citizens who possess a confirmed travel reservation (travel ticket) and are departing the country within 24 hours from Kuwait International Airport (T4). By offering this innovative service round the clock at Kuwait Airport, the Ministry’s objective is to streamline and simplify the passport application process, expediting its issuance for citizens who encounter unexpected passport expiration issues when planning to travel (KUNA)
