KUWAIT CITY, Nov 7: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) decided to renew the contracts of non-Kuwaiti doctors, nurses, pharmacists and medical support workers under the remuneration item in the Ministry of Health every three years, instead of one year, reports Al-Anba daily.
This came after the ministry repeatedly corresponded with the CSC requesting for renewal of the services of the aforementioned workers for a period of three years.
Sources disclosed the CSC advised the ministry to request for renewal only after the expiry of the existing contract; such that the contract is renewed for three years. Sources added the CSC asked the ministry to send each case separately.
