KUWAIT CITY, Jan 11: The international shotgun referees course, reached its culmination at the Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Olympic Shooting Ranges Complex. The course was led by Qatari international referee Abdullah Ali Al-Hammadi, who also serves as the technical delegate of the International and Asian Federations, and his Kuwaiti deputy, Mohammed Al-Fahd, the vice-chairman of the shotgun referees committee. This event coincided with Kuwait's hosting of the Asian Championship activities.

Expressing gratitude, Al-Hammadi extended thanks to the Kuwaiti Shooting Federation and the Secretary-General of the Kuwaiti and Arab Federations, Obaid Al-Osaimi, for their nominations of participants. He commended the successful and interactive nature of the course, which commenced the previous Sunday and concluded with a comprehensive two-hour test for all attendees.

Al-Hammadi highlighted the Asian Confederation's anticipation of organizing similar tournaments in an intensive manner to maximize the benefits for all involved. The course encompassed various aspects of shotgun refereeing, including skeet, dirt, mex shooting, and the Olympic Games. Notably, 11 referees actively participated in the tournament, contributing to its overall success.
