KUWAIT CITY, Aug 11: The traffic police have arrested an unidentified motorist for driving against the flow of traffic, driving recklessly and putting his life and the life of others into danger and documenting the entire scenario on his cell phone, reports Al- Anba daily. On the other hand, the Traffic Coordination and Follow-up Department carried out a campaign on delivery bikes and mobile taxis to ensure they have permits and driving licenses. Within 48 hours the department has issued 190 violations.
