KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: The Security Media Department has announced that legal procedures are being taken against the driver of a vehicle seen in a video circulating on social media deliberately driving onto a sidewalk, violating traffic laws and regulations.

The video shows the driver intentionally mounting the curb and colliding with another vehicle. A case has been registered regarding the incident, several citations have been issued against the driver, and the vehicle has been impounded at the Traffic Impound Lot.

Authorities state this dangerous and reckless behavior flouting basic traffic safety rules will not be tolerated. The driver is being held accountable for his actions endangering public safety through the proper legal channels. The security forces affirm their commitment to enforcing traffic laws and removing hazardous drivers from the roads.
