Kuwaiti rider Fares Ramadhan
ZADAR, Croatia, Oct 13 (KUNA): Kuwaiti rider Fares Ramadhan from the Kuwait Water Sports Club claimed first place on Sunday in the Rookie Stock category at the World MotoSurf Championship held in Zadar, Croatia.
Ibrahim Ramadan, head of the Club’s Water Bike Committee, told KUNA that the championship, which began on October 10, featured 96 competitors from 20 countries.
He added that two rounds remain in the series organized by the International Powerboating Federation (UIM), with the fifth round scheduled for Shenzhen, China, and the final sixth round set for Macau, both taking place in November.
