KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: Kuwait is expected to experience scattered rainfall, occasionally accompanied by thunderstorms around midnight, along with dusty winds that could reduce horizontal visibility, Acting Director of the Meteorological Department Dhirar Al-Ali said on Wednesday. Speaking to KUNA, Al-Ali said a humid low-pressure system was bringing increased low and medium clouds, with scattered light to moderate rain expected. Winds will be southeasterly to variable, light to moderate and occasionally active, potentially reducing visibility to below 1,000 meters in some areas. Sea waves are expected to exceed six feet, while weather conditions are forecast to gradually improve from Thursday afternoon. Al-Ali advised asthma and allergy sufferers to wear masks when going outdoors, particularly amid thunderstorms and high humidity, and urged the public to follow the department’s official bulletins and social media updates.
