KUWAIT CITY, Oct 31: Qurain Club has made history by reaching the Kuwait Basketball League final for the first time since the club’s establishment in 2011, securing an 85-80 victory over Qadsia in the second game of their playoff semifinal series.
The five-point win sealed Qurain’s place in the final after a closely fought contest, marking a major achievement for the club and underlining the team’s progress and growing competitiveness.
Kuwait Club also booked its place in the final after overcoming Kazma 100-91.
The best-of-three final series is scheduled to start on Tuesday, November 3, with the second game set for Thursday. If either side wins the first two games, it will claim the title. If the teams split the opening games, a third and decisive match will be played to determine the champion.
