Qatar to Resume In-Person Classes Across Schools from April 12

DOHA, April 11: The Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education has announced the resumption of in-person classes and services across the country starting Sunday, April 12, in line with the approved academic calendar.

The decision applies to all educational institutions, including nurseries, kindergartens, public and private schools, as well as educational service centers across Qatar.

Authorities said the move marks a return to normal academic operations, with schools and centers set to resume regular schedules. Officials emphasized that the reopening will follow the existing academic framework, ensuring continuity in education for students nationwide.

The announcement comes as part of broader efforts to restore routine activities in the education sector.
