Qatar Strongly Condemns Iranian Attacks on Saudi and UAE Energy Facilities

DOHA, Mar 19: The State of Qatar strongly condemned Iran for targeting energy facilities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates over the past two days, calling the strikes a serious violation of international law and a threat to global energy security, maritime navigation, and the environment.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the attacks on civilian sites and vital infrastructure, describing them as crossing “all red lines.” The ministry stressed the urgent need for de-escalation to preserve regional and international security and stability.

The statement reaffirmed Qatar’s full solidarity with the affected nations and its support for all measures taken to protect their sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity.
